Honey Sriracha Minis

Ingredients

Honey-Sriracha Sauce:
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 8 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 6 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark aged miso paste

Directions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  2. Take pierogies directly from freezer and cook in deep fryer for approximately 3 minutes until golden brown. Toss with honey-sriracha sauce.
Alternative Preparation:
  1. Toss pierogies in honey-sriracha sauce and bake in a convection oven at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
