Loaded Mini Pierogy Fries
Ingredients
Pierogies:
- 1 bag Mrs. T’s Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 ¾ pounds sharp cheddar cheese, cut into ½” cubes
- 7 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon stone ground Dijon mustard
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 ¾ teaspoons paprika
- 1 ¾ - 2 ½ cups beer
- 1 ¾ pounds bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 green onions, sliced
Directions
Pierogies:
- Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry pierogies in oil for 3 minutes until nicely browned. Drain and set aside.
- Place cubed cheddar, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, sriracha sauce and paprika in a food processor; blend until finely chopped.
- Slowly pour beer into food processor until desired consistency is reached; set aside.
- Top pierogies with beer cheese sauce, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
