White Pierogy Pizza
Ingredients
Pierogies:
- 1 bag Mrs. T's Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 large prepackaged pizza crust
- 1 pound ricotta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 pounds mozzarella cheese
Directions
Pierogies:
- Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
- Mix together ricotta cheese and olive oil. Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and Parmesan to the ricotta, mix to combine.
- Add mozzarella to the ricotta mixture and mix to incorporate.
- Put the cheese mixture on pizza crust with approximately 15 to 20 frozen mini pierogies.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
